Dennis Chen

Vice President/CFO

Graduated from Towson University of MD in Information Systems and Business, a Co-founder of Evurge Solutions, Dennis provides over 20+ years of IT solutions and support experiences with commercial and Federal agencies including US Department of Defense, State, Commerce, and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He has designed and deployed solutions for database reporting needs, Cybersecurity and forensic analysis facilities, as well as virtual and cloud environments.

DEVIN HALL

Vice President/COO

Devin is a Co-founder of Evurge Solutions. He is a highly skilled technology leader with over 22 years of experience in Program/Project Management, Information Security, Data Analysis, and Organizational Staffing Optimization. Devin served as the Project Executive, specializing in Cyber Situational Awareness, Emergency Response for Critical Military Centers, and Technical Recruitment. As Vice President/COO of Evurge Solutions, Devin focuses on Program and Project Management, IT Staff Augmentation, Security, Contracts and Operations to ensure the mission and programs of the company are delivered in a timely, technically competent, and cost-efficient manner. He also has proven leadership in structuring and implementation of business strategies and goals.

Devin has fostered an environment for employee success and is personally involved in recruiting and talent development.

Terrence Matthews

Terrence Matthews provides the company’s strategic and growth initiatives. A Marine veteran and an expert information technology/telecommunications. He has a proven track record of combining technical knowledge with superior customer relation skills to build the client base and strengthen the client relationship. Before Co-founding Evurge Solutions, Terrence’s experience encompassed engineering, design, and implementation of networks spanning various technologies within telecommunications markets. Terrence is a member of Bicsi I and currently holds the Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.

A Service-Disabled Veteran, Terrence, served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps. Semper Fi.

Kevin Rice

Director of Business Development

With over 27 years in the Staffing Industry and experience in both Federal and Commercial Technology Kevin has built an impressive career working for some of the leading companies in the recruiting and staffing industry. After joining VistaRMS he became became Branch Manager of sales and recruiting and a partner. Kforce acquired VistaRMS and Kevin became their Vice President of Federal Practice. In 2018 he switched his focus to independent consulting for smaller firms, helping them develop skills and strategies for growth. In 2021 when he joined the Evurge team as their Director of Business Development.
